At Southern Signature, every item is made to order with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We encourage our customers to review all customization details carefully before placing an order. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at amanda.southernsignature@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
